Store Manager (m/f/d) 100%
Responsibilities:
- Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee all store operations, including sales, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and strategic planning.
- Ensure the store maintains the highest standards of luxury and service.
- Build strong relationships with customers and represent the brand with integrity.
Profile:
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of the luxury market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Fluency in English and German
- EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland
