For our client, a successful service company in the field of asset management in the canton Zug, we are looking for:
International Lawyer (m/f/d) 100% (Canton Zug)
Responsibilities:
- Asset Structuring: Develop and implement optimal ownership structures for global families, including the creation and management of funds and holding companies.
- Legal Analysis: Conduct comprehensive legal analysis of transactions and projects related to international taxation, corporate law, and asset structuring.
- Client Consulting: Provide legal advice to clients on international taxation, trust law, and corporate law.
Requirements:
- Law degree.
- Solid experience in international and Swiss taxation, corporate law, and asset structuring.
- A deep understanding of international and Swiss tax law, the specifics of trust law, and corporate law in various jurisdictions.
- Experience working in a Big Four or multi-family office is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in Russian, English, and German (both written and spoken).
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues, develop effective solutions, and structure information.
- A high level of analytical ability, the ability to work with large amounts of information, and identify key risks.
- Swiss/EU passport or a valid work permit for Switzerland.
