For our client, a UHNW family based in London with residences across Europe and the Middle East, we are looking for a:

Head of Family Office – Russian Speaking (m/f/d) 100%

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Family Office professional with strong managerial skills and a background in real estate, household operations, and lifestyle management, supporting an international UHNW family.

Responsibilities:

  • Real Estate Management – overseeing around 10 properties where the family and close relatives of the founder reside. These properties are located in Dubai, Cyprus, Europe (including London and other UK cities)
  • Lifestyle & Travel – organising travel, birthdays, dinners, concerts, events, shopping, and other aspects of the family’s daily life
  • Child’s Life – managing everything related to education, development, coaches, trainers, mentors, growth strategy, and nannies
  • Working closely and managing the dedicated team, consisting of a Head of Property (Real Estate Management), Head of Lifestyle & Travel, Head of Child’s Life (Education & Development). In total, the FO department consists of around 20 people, including permanent staff
  • Structure and optimise the operations of all key areas
  • Develop a management strategy for the department
  • Implement a reward and incentive system for the team
  • Be hands-on, capable of solving high-level personal tasks—for example, finding a villa in Courchevel or securing VIP box tickets for a fully booked concert.

Requirements:

  • A professional with previous experience as a Head of Family Office. Who has worked with top entrepreneurs, HNWIs and their families
  • Or an experienced Private Executive Assistant who has managed a small team (3-4 assistants) and handled high-level personal matters for a principal
  • Fluent in Russian and English languages
  • Based in the UK ideally, but we will also look at suitable candidates based abroad with an opportunity to relocate to the UK or to travel to the UK frequently
  • EU/EFTA-passport
  • High level of availability on call
  • Availability to travel when required to various property locations
