For our client, a successful wealth management services company based in the Canton of Zug, we are looking for an engaged and experienced professional for the position of:
Client Services Manager (m/f) 100%
Your Responsibilities:
- Working closely with a Partner on the comprehensive servicing of UHNW families with international structures
- Managing and maintaining client relationships
- Coordinating external counterparties and advisors
- Preparing and reviewing documentation
- Direct interaction with family members of clients
- Supporting the administration and ongoing management of complex international structures
- Preparing analytical reports and consolidated reporting
Your Profile:
- University degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- STEP Diploma / TEP qualification is highly desirable (willingness to obtain it with company support is also welcome)
- 5–8 years of professional experience within an MFO, private bank (Wealth Planning), trust company, or law firm focused on private clients
- Proven experience working with UHNW clients and international family structures
- International professional background, preferably in Switzerland, the UK, or Liechtenstein
- Professional fluency in Russian, German, and English (including negotiations and documentation drafting); French is considered an advantage
- Strong expertise in:
- Taxation
- Common law
- Family governance
- Consolidated reporting
- Coordination of counterparties
- Analytics and reporting
- Documentation management
- Highly discreet, detail-oriented, proactive, resilient under pressure, empathetic, and possessing strong negotiation skills
- Swiss/EU passport or a valid Swiss work permit is mandatory
