For our client, a luxury hotel located in Zurich, we are currently seeking an experienced

Assistant Director of F&B Operations 100% (Zurich)

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operations across F&B outlets (Restaurant Saltz, Canvas Bar & Lounge, Room Service), including hands on support and occasional deputizing for department heads
  • Lead and inspire teams by example, with a focus on continuous development through training initiatives
  • Develop and implement innovative F&B offerings to boost revenue
  • Continuously optimize service processes to increase both guest and employee satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and monitor scheduling and deployment plans
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management in close collaboration with relevant departments

Requirements:

  • Completed education or degree in hospitality or F&B management
  • Several years of leadership experience, ideally in an international setting and with similar operational scope
  • Hands on mentality with a strong service and guest orientation
  • Excellence in quality management and solution-driven approach
  • Analytical mindset and solid understanding of business economics
  • Strong communication skills with confident and professional demeanor
  • Creativity and innovative spirit combined with a results-oriented attitude
  • EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit for Switzerland
