For our client, a Luxury Watches Seller in canton Zurich, we are actively seeking:

Senior Sales Manager for Luxury Watch Brand (m/f/d) 100%

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement tailored sales strategies for the luxury watch market.
  • Utilize sales techniques to meet sales objectives and elevate brand reputation.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with both current and prospective dealers.
  • Broker terms, prices, and consignments with dealers, ensuring beneficial profitability for both parties.
  • Continually monitor market tendencies and adapt strategies in response.
  • Keep abreast of competitors' actions and strategize to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of optimal pricing mechanisms and commission-centric business models.
  • Partner with the financial department to ensure pricing approaches are in harmony with the broader company objectives.
  • Direct, inspire, and educate the sales team, ensuring they're equipped to hit their goals.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is favored.
  • A solid professional foundation of 10+ years in the watch industry.
  • Robust grasp of the luxury watch sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of optimal pricing structures and commission-driven business models.
  • Demonstrated leadership and sales prowess, with an accent on visionary thinking.
  • Aptitude for networking and forging connections with luxury watch dealers.
  • Adeptness in discerning market shifts and recalibrating strategies accordingly.
  • A fervent enthusiasm for luxury watches and their storied histories.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities, especially in establishing and preserving advantageous dealer relations.
  • A forward-thinking, solution-centric mindset when addressing obstacles.
  • Collaborative spirit with standout interpersonal capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Experience working from a Zurich-based office.
  • EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland
