For our client, a dynamic international trading company based in the canton of Lucerne, we are looking for an experienced 

Regional Manager Eastern Europe and Central Asia (m/f/d) 100%

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector in one of the following regions: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia, including government officials, ministry representatives, and senior management of hospitals and clinics.
  • Actively promote the company’s portfolio in the region and identify opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Represent the company to key decision-makers and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other materials tailored to the needs of local stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales processes, including customer onboarding, after-sales support, and addressing any operational challenges.
  • Monitor regional market trends, identify customer needs, and provide insights to support business strategies.

Your profile:

  • Established high-level contacts in the healthcare sector in one of the target regions: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing relationships with government entities, healthcare institutions, and other key decision-makers.
  • Proven track record in regional sales B2B or similar roles in the target market (must).
  • Fluency in English and Russian (must).
  • Native proficiency in one of the following languages, depending on the target region: Armenian, Azerbaijani, Georgian, Uzbek, Moldovan/Romanian, Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for achieving growth targets.
  • EU/EFTA passport or valid work permit for Switzerland.
