For our client, an international investment group in the canton Lucerne, we are looking for:

Personal Assistant (m/f/d) 100%

Responsibilities:

  • Records and distributes mail, maintain office files and records in accordance with internal procedures
  • Responds with form letters to routine requests, refers complex requests to appropriate staff members
  • Welcomes visitors and provides for coffee and tea, caters luncheons
  • Schedules appointments and arranges meetings, conferences and travel
  • Maintain reception area, kitchenette and meeting room clean and tidy
  • Handles bank related matters including regular payments
  • Assist Company’s management with ad hoc tasks, usually including contacting various authorities via phone or email

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of German and English language
  • Very good knowledge of PC, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Capable of high level of accuracy in preparing documents, keeping archive and entering information
  • Capable of maintaining strict confidentiality in performing the duties
  • Honest, trustworthy and respectful
  • Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, flexible
  • Capable of team as well as independent work
  • Proactive and hands-on approach
  • Demonstrates sound work ethics
  • EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland
