For our client, a UHNW family in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for:

Office Manager with Personal Assistant tasks (m/f/d) 100%

Responsibilities:

  • Secretarial duties (calls, correspondence, processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining order in the manager's office, meeting guests)
  • Searching for information on behalf of the manager
  • Monitoring of the supervisor's schedule and making changes to the schedule when necessary
  • Monitoring the children's schedule and occupation, reporting to the supervisor regularly
  • Keeping the supervisor informed throughout the day on important matters
  • Drafting business letters and congratulatory texts
  • Organizing sports and foreign language classes
  • Fulfillment of personal errands of the supervisor
  • Buying clothes for the family members (if necessary)

Requirements:

  • Similar work experience from 3 years

  • Experience in working with VIPs, effective communication, organization, clarity
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
  • Stress-resilience
  • Team-player
  • Fluent Russian, as well as fluent French language skills
  • EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland
