For our client, an international investment group in the canton Lucerne, we are looking for:

Office Manager (m/f/d) 100%

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and equipment
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and data entry
  • Support executive staff as needed
  • Oversee travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers
  • Ensure a tidy and organized office environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management or a related role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland
