For our client, an international fintech holding based in the Canton of Zug, specializing in providing payment processing services to businesses worldwide, we are currently looking for a

Junior Support Specialist (Russian-speaking, 50%–100%) – Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support B2B and B2C client accounts: understand client needs, maintain regular communication, and provide guidance
  • Ensure a high level of customer service by resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments (support, development, analytics)
  • Analyze client data and transactions to identify opportunities and risks
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Assist with the integration of new features and onboarding processes
  • Support client retention and promote customer loyalty

Requirements:

  • Initial experience in customer support or client-facing roles (preferably in fintech, IT, or banking) is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL, fintech products, and transaction analytics is a strong advantage
  • Fluent Russian is required
  • Proficiency in English, German, or French is an advantage
  • Responsible, independent, and proactive personality
  • EU/EFTA passport or valid Swiss work permit (B or C)
