For our client, an international fintech holding based in the Canton of Zug, specializing in providing payment processing services to businesses worldwide, we are currently looking for a
Junior Support Specialist (Russian-speaking, 50%–100%) – Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support B2B and B2C client accounts: understand client needs, maintain regular communication, and provide guidance
- Ensure a high level of customer service by resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments (support, development, analytics)
- Analyze client data and transactions to identify opportunities and risks
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Assist with the integration of new features and onboarding processes
- Support client retention and promote customer loyalty
Requirements:
- Initial experience in customer support or client-facing roles (preferably in fintech, IT, or banking) is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to work with large volumes of data
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, fintech products, and transaction analytics is a strong advantage
- Fluent Russian is required
- Proficiency in English, German, or French is an advantage
- Responsible, independent, and proactive personality
