For our client, an international trading company in the canton Zug, we are looking for:

Back-Office Assistant (m/f/d) 100% (Canton Zug or Zurich)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and travel support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage calendar, meetings, presentations, and communication.
  • Coordinate back-office functions and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Perform general office duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Home office support, including remote assistance with technical and administrative issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • The position requires occasional travel

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; proficiency in Russian will be your advantage.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools.
  • EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland
